These Terms and Conditions have been drafted with Bangladeshi users in mind. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive and authoritative version.

To register an account on Robi9, the following requirements must be met:

• Minimum age 18 years required — no exceptions.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information — accounts created with false details will be terminated.
• Only one account is permitted per person.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Robi9 may request your identity documents, proof of address, or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You are liable for any transactions made by anyone who gains access to your account.

Robi9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Please keep the following limits in mind:

Deposits made from third-party cards or accounts are strictly prohibited. Robi9 only accepts transactions from payment methods registered in your own name.

General Bonus Policy:

• Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times from the same device or IP address may result in account termination.

Referral bonuses apply to new and valid accounts only. Using your own referral link or creating fraudulent referrals is strictly prohibited.

All gaming and betting on Robi9 is conducted purely for entertainment purposes. Game outcomes are governed by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) standards.

• For Sports Betting, the minimum stake is BDT 50, while the maximum stake is set individually for each event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature may be used if it is active.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, robi9 will review the game history and make a determination accordingly.
• Robi9 reserves the right to void bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Robi9 and are subject to penalties:

• Multiple Account Management — multiple accounts registered under the same person's name or details.
• Bots or Automation Software to play games or place bets.
• Account Sale, Transfer, or Sharing to do so.
• Another person's payment method to make a deposit.
• Bonus Farming — creating multiple accounts or referrals for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Hacking or System Exploitation attempt.
• Money Laundering or unlawful financial activities.

1. If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
2. If an account is opened using false information.
3. KYC verification has not been completed.
4. After an extended period of inactivity (12 months+).
5. At the user's own request.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

The Robi9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Robi9 accepts no liability for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• Any loss or damage resulting from issues with your own device.
• Loss or damage resulting from third-party interference or hacking (even where Robi9 has taken all reasonable security measures).
• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
